HC tells cops to probe agent who grabbed S Delhi property
NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Thursday directed Delhi Police to probe an allegation against a real estate agent that he sought to grab a property worth crores of rupees in south Delhi by forging a registered will. "For the purpose of investigation, police may register an appropriate case and then proceed to investigate as per law," said Justice J R Midha in a judgment while directing the crime branch to probe the roles of the dealer, Sanjeev Kumar Mittal, and his associates in a bid to allegedly misappropriate the property.
